2. Shipping & Delivery

All oNanee orders include free tracked shipping Australia-wide, with no minimum spend.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.

3. Natural Material Variations

oNanee kitchenware is crafted from teak wood, a natural material.

Natural Variations: Differences in wood grain, colour, pattern and texture are expected and make each piece unique. Reasonable natural variations are not generally considered defects, provided the product otherwise meets its description and applicable consumer guarantees.

Product Accuracy: We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs and dimensions. If a product does not match its description or fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply.

4. Orders & Pricing

We aim to ensure all product information, availability and pricing on our website are accurate.

Occasionally, errors or stock availability issues may occur. Where permitted by law, we may need to cancel an affected order, including where there is a clear pricing error, stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order, we'll notify you and arrange a refund of any payment received for the cancelled items.

5. Product Use & Liability

Our products are intended for normal household cooking, food preparation and serving.

Customers should follow the product care instructions and avoid improper use, including exposure to open flames, excessive heat or dishwashers.

To the extent permitted by law, oNanee is not responsible for damage resulting solely from product misuse or normal wear and tear.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to remedies where products fail to meet consumer guarantees.
